• Kuffia is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

• Kuffia is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Undelivered Packages

• If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts:
